Start with Vietnamese coffee at a historic cafe, then dive into the first street food adventure: banh mi at Banh Mi Huynh Hoa (the citys best!), pho at a 50-year-old shop, and fresh sugarcane juice. Afternoon rest before evening food tour through Districts 3 and 4 - taste hu tieu, banh cuon, and goat curry at local favorites. End at a rooftop bar.
