We provide information free of charge. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, or for additional copies of data. We may also refuse to act on such requests.

As a travel company based in Vietnam, your personal data will be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Vietnam is not currently recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate data protection.
