Your Trip Guarantor is the dedicated travel specialist assigned to your booking. They are your main point of contact from the moment you confirm your trip until you return home. You can reach your Trip Guarantor directly for any questions about your itinerary, special requests, or changes. Their contact details are included in your booking confirmation email.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET). During weekends and public holidays, you can still reach us via email or our contact form, and we'll respond on the next business day. For urgent matters during your trip, we provide 24/7 emergency support through your Trip Guarantor.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day. For urgent trip-related matters, calling us directly is the fastest way to get help. Email inquiries received outside of business hours will be addressed first thing the following morning.
