Pick up from hotels in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City.
City highlights
Visit Independence Palace, an important site in modern Vietnamese history. Continue to the Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon (outside visit) and the nearby Saigon Central Post Office, both notable examples of French colonial architecture.
War Remnants Museum
Explore exhibits at the War Remnants Museum, which document the impacts of the Vietnam War.

Lunch at a local restaurant before departing the city.
Transfer to Cu Chi
Travel about 1.5 hours from Ho Chi Minh City to the Cu Chi Tunnels.
