Visit a local market in Hoi An, where we usually walk guests through the stalls and share how we choose fresh ingredients for Vietnamese cooking. From there, we head to the waterways of Cam Thanh Coconut Village, where you’ll ride a traditional bamboo basket boat through the nipa palm canals and see how local fishermen work in this area.
After the boat trip, we return to a local kitchen for a relaxed cooking session, where I guide you through preparing a few classic Vietnamese dishes using the ingredients we’ve just seen at the market.
