Team for Sapa

Pavel is a mountain enthusiast who traded the Czech Tatras for the Hoang Lien Son range. He first trekked through Sapa in 2010 and returned every year until he finally moved there in 2018. He personally tests every trekking route and homestay we offer, making sure the experiences are both safe and genuinely enriching for travelers and local communities alike.

Su is a Hmong woman from Ta Van village near Sapa. She started guiding treks at 19 and now, at 32, she is one of the most experienced guides in the region. She leads multi-day treks through rice terraces, bamboo forests, and minority villages, sharing stories of Hmong traditions and daily life. Her calm, warm personality makes even the most challenging hikes feel like a walk with a friend.
