Van is Co-founder and Director of Banh Mi Travel Escape and the driving force behind our journeys across Vietnam. She oversees our programs across the country and knows the destination inside out. Van loves traveling, discovering new places and staying active. When she’s not planning trips, you’ll usually find her enjoying Vietnamese egg coffee (cà phê trứng) or her favourite dish — a sizzling hot pot (she can never get enough). Her favourite place in Vietnam is the beach in Da Nang, where the ocean and the relaxed Vietnamese lifestyle come together perfectly. 🌊☕

Nhi is a Travel Coordinator who brings great energy (and a sharp eye for details) to every journey she creates. From planning itineraries to handling all the behind-the-scenes logistics, she makes sure everything runs smoothly — so you don’t have to worry about anything except enjoying the trip. A true travel enthusiast, Nhi is always chasing sunsets, good vibes, and, most importantly, the best local eats. She starts her day with a refreshing iced kumquat tea (seriously, her top recommendation) and keeps herself fueled with street food all day long — from bánh mì to fresh seafood by the beach. And yes… she does enjoy a fair share of Saigon beer 🍻 When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her exploring hidden corners of Vietnam, hunting down new food spots, and fully embracing the local culture. For Nhi, travel isn’t just about places — it’s about flavors, people, and unforgettable moments along the way.

Bao is a third-generation Saigonese who grew up in the maze of alleys near Ben Thanh Market. With a degree in Vietnamese History and fluent English, he connects visitors with the real Saigon — the one that lives in hidden coffee shops, war-era tunnels, and family-run pho stalls. His Cu Chi Tunnels tours are consistently rated as the highlight of our guests' trips.
