Vietnam's e-visa system allows citizens from over 80 countries to apply online for a visa without visiting an embassy. The application is straightforward and can be completed from anywhere in the world.

How to Apply

Visit the Official Website
Go to the official Vietnam Immigration portal at evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn. Avoid third-party sites that charge extra fees.

Complete the Application
Fill in your personal details, travel plans, and upload required documents (passport photo, passport data page).

Pay the Fee
Pay online using credit/debit card. The fee is non-refundable even if the visa is denied.

Receive Your E-Visa
Within 3 working days, download and print your e-visa. Present it at immigration upon arrival.
Required Documents
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay with at least 2 blank pages
- Digital photo: 4x6cm, white background, taken within the last 6 months
- Passport data page scan: Clear, color scan of your passport's information page
- Travel itinerary: Entry date, entry point (airport/border), and accommodation address
